Mark 13:8 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. There will be earthquakes in various places; there will be famines and calamities. This is but the beginning ofthe intolerable anguish and suffering [only the first of the birth pangs]
Here we are today with flares of uprising in different parts of the world and a depressed economy in the US and other parts of the world, along with weather patterns that we deem unusual. I had a recnet dream that spoke to me about pending tribulation , the Lord letting me know there will be a rocky road ahead. However, are these events enough to trigger thoughts about the pending return of Christ. Well let me say this !!! I am sooooooooo very glad we have the Holy Bible to rely on for answers. In simple terms the answer is - as bad as things might seem, we aint seen nothing YET!!!! The WORST IS YET TO COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mark 13:19 For at that time there will be such affliction (oppression and tribulation) as has not been from the beginning of the creation which God created until this particular time--and positively never will be [again].
People we aint seen nothing yet, Many will say to me "Think Positive Dude, whats up with all your negative thinking" My response is this - the Bible was not written by Norman Vincent Peal, who authored the book "The Power of Positive Thinking".. Not at all, the Bible is a message of salvation to a lost and dying world" If you hear the voice of Jesus harden not your heart.
Rom 10:8 But what does it say? "THE WORD IS NEAR YOU, IN YOUR MOUTH AND IN YOUR HEART"--that is, the word of faith which we are preaching,
Rom 10:9 that if you confess with your mouth Jesus as Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved;
Rom 10:10 for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
For the world the end may be here or perhaps for the world the end will be later. However, for you and me, the end is near, because we know unquestionably - Tomorrow is not promised!
