RT News provides a good overview of the upcoming UN meeting this week and next. As I mentioned in my previously, Palestinian statehood will be at the forefront of discussions. President Obama is on the record for supporting the Palestinians bid for statehood. Fortunately the US government has switched this position and now we will veto this action. We remain the sole ally for Israel in the world.
